Solidarity Center Employees Union (SCBEU) formed
Solidarity Center- Bangladesh Employees Union (SCBEU) has been formed with the participation of the staff of the non govt. development organization Solidarity Center-Bangladesh.
In the general meeting held on March 24, 2022, Anindita Ghosh was elected as the President and Mohammad Nazrul Islam was elected as the General Secretary.

A 9 (nine) members executive committee was formed for two years tenure. Advocate AKM Nasim, Country Program Director of the organization, congratulated the newly elected committee. The union said it would continue to work for the protection and welfare of staff in the future.
The executive committee includes Advocate Selim Ahsan Khan as the Vice President, Ajit Kumar Roy as the Treasurer, Jakia Parveen as the Gender and Social Welfare Secretary, Syed Asheq Md. Zebal as the Organizing and Communication Secretary, Khandaker Shafin Habib Shan as the Publication and Office Secretary, Md. Jasim Uddin as the Sports and Cultural Secretary and Kamal Hossain as the Member.
